All online training is accessed through your Education Dashboard, including certification courses, business development training, technical courses on building systems, and specialized training to expand your inspection skills and qualifications.

Once you’re certified, activate your directory listing to start attracting clients, and download your official logo and certificate from your Account Dashboard.

  • Online, Self-Paced Courses — Choose from in-depth online courses for comprehensive learning or shorter, bite-sized training that focuses on one topic at a time. Browse the course catalog or visit your Education Dashboard.
  • Fast-Track Courses, Held Live on Zoom— Join real-time Zoom training sessions in a streamlined format. Fast-Track courses offer focused training on technical systems, ancillary services, and business practices.
  • In-Person and Hands-On Training — Get hands-on experience and connect with instructors through in-person classes held nationwide, featuring field training and mock inspections across different types of commercial buildings.

  • Certification Badges and Certificates — Visit the Logos and Certificates tab in your Account Dashboard to download your certification badge and your certificate showing that you are a Certified Commercial Property Inspector. You can also access your Education Dashboard to download certificates for each completed online course.
  • Directory Listing — Enable your directory listing after certification for your company listing to be displayed in our Find an Inspector tool used by those buying, selling, leasing, or managing a property that need an inspection.
  • Custom Marketing Material Design Services — Work with InterNACHI’s in-house design team to get a logo for your business or other print and digital collateral (i.e., business cards, flyers, company booklets, presentations kits, etc.).
  • Marketing Library — View the library of resource to help with your marketing.
