Yes, it is designed to help you prepare to pass the Online Commercial Property Inspector Exam as part of the Commercial Property Inspector Certification Requirements. However, to attain CCPIA® certification, you must complete the online requirements. The certification exam covers the same systems and components included in this course.
Is this course required to become a certified commercial property inspector?
No, this course is not required to attain CCPIA® certification. It is an optional course designed to help you pass the exam and further your inspection career.
What’s the difference between the Fast-Track Courses and the online system-specific courses?
The online, self-paced courses provide much of the same information in greater depth. Both the online courses, such as Low-Slope Roof Inspections, HVAC Inspections, Exterior Inspections, Commercial Kitchen Inspections, and Life Safety Inspections, and the fast-track courses are designed to help you become familiar with commercial buildings and a certified commercial property inspector, with each offering a different level of detail and format.

No, this is a live-only training. Participation during the scheduled session is required.
