This video follows Britt Treece, CMI®, as he performs two commercial kitchen inspections. He assesses the kitchen ventilation system in the first kitchen, from the Type I exhaust hood and its fire safety components to the make-up air units on the roof. He assesses similar features in the second kitchen, in addition to plumbing and electrical components and items to look for in storage areas.
