This three-day, in-person class will help individuals confidently enter the commercial sector of the inspection industry. Students will learn about essential business practices, such as setting a fee schedule, writing proposals, writing narratives and reports, and other insider tips to start landing outrageously profitable jobs.
Students will also learn about several systems outlined in Section 6, the Walk-Through Survey of the ComSOP, of items that should be evaluated during an inspection, including the roof, exterior, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety issues, and cooking area, and perform a mock inspection of the training facility.
