The certificate confirms your status as a CCPIA-Certified Commercial Property Inspector. You must meet the Certification Requirements to download the certificate. Once you have successfully met these requirements, the Inspector Certificate tab on your Account Dashboard will be unlocked. You can print an unlimited number of copies of your certificate to use in your marketing efforts. Some clients and insurance companies may also ask for a copy of this certificate.
