The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) has approved continuing education courses for the Tennessee Home Inspector Licensing Program. The courses approved by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance are listed below.
How many continuing education hours do Tennessee inspectors need?
Tennessee Home Inspector Licensing Board requires licensed home inspectors to complete 32 hours of commissioner-approved continuing education no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the license. For additional information, visit Tennessee’s website.
NOTE: According to Rule 0780-05-12-.05, as of November 2014, credit shall not be granted for a repeated course within a three (3) year time period.
