- Each participant was given time to talk about their specific market and the conditions which are affecting their individual operations.
- One discussion centered on providing clients with inspection options. This can help with price objections. It is similar to a good, better, best model.
- Another conversation highlighted to importance of the client interview and using it as a tool to secure more inspections and overcome objections.
Insurance Limitations
- Every commercial inspector should be aware of the various insurance requirements and make sure that their limits are within the client needs and expectations.

- Each commercial inspector will have different marketing strategy and it is important to build on whatever suits them best.
