Commercial Property Inspectors Roundtable #31: OREP + CCPIA^® Exclusive Insurance Policy

OREP and CCPIA^® have developed an exclusive insurance policy for CCPIA^® members. This month, OREP will join our roundtable meeting for a live overview and Q&A covering the first insurance policy created specifically for commercial property inspection work.

Key highlights include no square footage limits, broad coverage for commercial property types, including restaurants, office buildings, retail spaces, light industrial properties, and more. The policy also includes free attorney-led pre-claim assistance and up to $100,000 in defense coverage for nuisance claims. In addition, the policy provides coverage for cost to remedy services and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. The policy is set to launch on April 1st, 2026.
