This three-day training class is a great fit for all experience levels. Those new to commercial property inspections will learn how to inspect commercial building systems and navigate the commercial real estate market. Experienced inspectors will find valuable takeaways to finetune their inspections and business practices. Students will also gain hands-on experience through a mock inspection of a local building.

This hands-on inspection reinforces a systematic approach to assessing any commercial property, as well as this historical house of worship, allowing you to apply what you learned in class to real-world conditions.

Some of the inspection elements include:
