The inspection of steps, stairs, and handrails are covered throughout the ComSOP, including sections related to the interior, exterior, wood decks and balconies, and life safety. Since the life safety ComSOP inspection elements for stairways pertain to exit stairwells, this video takes place in a hotel stairwell.
