Join Dillon Winiecki as he discusses how to approach inspecting rooftop solar at commercial buildings following the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP). The ComSOP states that inspectors are not required to inspect solar systems. Some inspectors may choose to visually inspect the physical condition of solar panels and the readily-visible electrical components, or they may bring a specialty consultant to conduct a more thorough inspection.
