CCPIA® has partnered with ETS Environmental & Associates to offer training and opportunities to conduct the site visit portion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
This opportunity is exclusively available to CCPIA® Certified Commercial Property Inspectors in the U.S. who complete the prerequisite training included with membership. By partnering with the environmental firm through this program, you can offer Phase I ESAs to your clients. You will perform the on-site visual inspection and submit the documentation to the firm, which completes the remainder of the report for delivery to your client.
After successfully completing the prerequisite online course, you’ll have the option to submit your information directly to the national environmental firm. From there, they will guide you through the program details and handle the reporting process. You maintain the client relationship and carry out the site visit, while the firm serves as your “back office” by finalizing and producing the Phase I ESA report.
