Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections

Want to learn how to inspect commercial buildings and win jobs with confidence? From essential business and workflow practices to inspecting roofs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, exteriors and sites, life safety elements, and commercial kitchens, we’ll cover it all. Plus, you’ll gain hands-on experience inspecting a 27,955 SF mixed-use office and warehouse building.

After class on April 9th, a happy hour at a local restaurant is scheduled for students to further network with classmates and the instructor. The first drink is on us! Happy hour will be held at Carolina Ale House at 5:30 pm.

Approved by the DBPR for 17.5 hours of Florida state-licensed home inspector continuing education, with additional approvals for varying hours in Texas, Tennessee, and Illinois. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the class. It’s also approved for InterNACHI^® and ICC continuing education.
