Commercial Property Inspection Field Training

September 22 @ 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
$375

Join us for a full day of hands-on training inspecting a community center in Milwaukee! You’ll complete a full inspection and work through real-world scenarios to build confidence for your future inspections. This field training provides context for building systems and property conditions, including inspection scope, how systems works, and common deficiencies. It also covers essential safety, efficiency, and reporting practices.

Throughout, you’ll learn how commercial property inspections differ from residential. Commercial buildings have distinct construction and design requirements, are often open to the public, and involve varying occupancy and use. They are also typically income-generating assets, which shapes what is inspected, how findings are reported, and the purpose of the inspection.
