Built in 1956, the community center was renovated in 2023 to include a commercial kitchen. Additional features include event and common areas, childcare space, and a playground. You’ll assess the property’s condition and review common inspection findings, including the:
- Commercial kitchen
- Low-slope roof and curved roof
- Photovoltaic system (PV)
- Rooftop packaged units and other HVAC equipment
- Electrical, plumbing and fuel gas systems
- Historic structure and outbuildings
- Building envelope
- Exterior areas and drainage
- Means of egress
- Fire and life systems components
- Accessibility barriers
