CCPIA Marketing - Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association

Commercial property inspectors can use the following email templates to market their services to commercial real estate agents, brokers, and investors. For help in identifying the big players in your area, please read CCPIA’s article Getting Started as a Commercial Property Inspector: Defining Your Service Area.

The following email templates provide a good starting point for inspectors to add details about their qualifications and services.

NOTE: There are risks to sending a “cold call” email. Be sure not to overdo it or you risk damaging your email’s reputation. If you have low engagement or the receipt flags your email as spam, your future email may also be at risk of being flagged as spam across the board, including emails to important clients about payments and receiving their report.

Some businesses choose to set up a special email address (using a different domain name) specifically for sending cold-call emails. Please do some research before deciding if sending these marketing emails is a good approach for you. In any case, you may choose to try it and make changes based on your response rate.
