Follow Rob Claus, CMI®, as he performs a commercial electrical inspection at InterNACHI’s Pennsylvania House of Horrors®. He starts at the building’s exterior to identify and inspect the main electrical service. Then, he moves to the interior to assess the electrical equipment in the electrical room and discusses other electrical elements found throughout the building, including open junction boxes, defective outlets, missing switch plates, etc.
