BOULDER, Colo. (Aug. 15, 2023) — The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association – CCPIA – is pleased to welcome CCPIA-Certified Commercial Property Inspector Lance Coffman as its newest instructor. Lance, along with his wife, Brit, owns and operates Focus Building Inspections and Forever Home Inspections based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is the CEO of Teaching and Education, Lead Inspector, and Project Manager.
Leading a team of inspectors between his companies, he has cultivated a solid client base consisting of commercial real estate buyers, investors, and property owners and managers. Beyond his inspection services, Lance also hosts training classes for commercial real estate professionals, sharing his knowledge and expertise.
“Lance will be a great addition to our team,” said Maggie Aey, Executive Director. “His expertise and experience in growing a thriving business, educating inspectors and commercial real estate professionals, innovating his commercial property inspection services, and establishing long-term client retention will help a lot on their path to success.”
He will lead the development of curriculum for cost-to-cure reporting and understanding the ins and outs of the commercial real estate transaction process, and how it differs from home inspections.
