BOULDER, Colo. (April 14, 2025) — CCPIA® recently hosted a two-day training course for facility managers and maintenance personnel from fifteen school districts across Vermont. Held as part of the multi-district spring conference, the course was led by instructor Rob Claus and focused on conducting routine building inspections, identifying key considerations for each major building system, and incorporating safe inspection practices into daily operations.
The training was conducted in partnership with the Vermont School Boards Insurance Trust (VSBIT), which sponsors programs to help local schools manage risk, plan budgets, and support insurance-related mitigation efforts.
