Boulder, Colo. (October 2, 2026) – The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA®) was proud to participate in InterNACHI’s Women’s Chapter Live Networking Event at InterNACHI® Headquarters and House of Horrors® Training Facility in Boulder, Colorado.
The event brought together women from across the country who work in the property inspection industry, including inspectors, business owners, operations managers, and marketing professionals. Attendees participated in educational presentations and networking opportunities designed to strengthen their technical and business knowledge, build professional connections, and leave feeling inspired and energized.
CCPIA® Executive Director Maggie Aey presented “Grow Your Business with Commercial Property Inspections,” sharing insights into how home inspection companies can expand their services and create new business opportunities in the commercial market. The presentation covered opportunities for business growth from multiple perspectives, with practical insights for women working in both field and business operations roles. CCPIA® also hosted an exhibitor booth with other CCPIA representatives, giving attendees the opportunity to learn about the association and its commercial property inspection education and resources.
Beyond the presentation, Aey met individually with women in the inspection industry to provide personalized marketing reviews and business coaching. Each session focused on meeting participants where they were in their business journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, and developing practical strategies based on their individual goals and challenges.
CCPIA® was pleased to participate in InterNACHI’s event and contribute to its efforts to bring women in the property inspection industry together. Through education, business development resources, and professional connections, CCPIA® remains committed to supporting women as they build their careers, grow their businesses, and pursue new opportunities in the industry.
