In an August 17, 2018 letter from Stephen Martin, Director of Exempt Organizations of the Internal Revenue Service in Cincinnati, Ohio, we were notified that the Certified Commercial Property Inspector Associations’ tax-exempt status application was approved. The letter states:
“We are pleased to tell you we determined you’re exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6).”
Our tax-exempt effective date: February 7, 2018.
Our accounting period ending: December 31.
