Boulder, Colo. (Oct. 30, 2025) — CCPIA® participated in InterNACHI’s 2025 Professional Inspectors Convention, held at the Omni Hotel in Texas from October 16–18, 2025. The event brought together inspectors from across the country for three days of education, networking, and professional development.
In addition to hosting two commercial property inspection workshops, CCPIA® had a dedicated booth where members and attendees gathered to connect with CCPIA® leadership and instructors, discuss industry trends, and explore upcoming training and business development opportunities.
The workshops provided practical insight for both new and experienced inspectors. The Introduction to Performing Commercial Inspections session outlined the key differences between residential and commercial inspections and covered topics such as certification, business practices, insurance, and standards of practice for specially assessing commercial real estate.
The Introduction to Multi-Family Housing Inspections session examined inspection procedures, organization, and reporting for multi-family properties, an ideal entry point for inspectors expanding into commercial work.
