BOULDER, Colo. (Nov. 11, 2024) — CCPIA^® recently hosted a four-day class for procedure writers and specialists from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation’s Asset Management Division. The course was designed to support division specialists and engineers in developing inspection procedures for the commercial buildings that the division manages.

CCPIA^® Director of Education and Lead Instructor Rob Claus led the training, and CCPIA^® Instructor Raymond Ward, CMI^®, of All Inspections 4U in Miami, Fla., joined on the final day to help guide a mock inspection with the students. The next session is planned for the Bureau of Reclamation’s building inspectors.
