The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and federally tax-exempt membership trade association. Our membership is composed of commercial property inspectors across North America who perform commercial building inspections according to the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP).
