About Us
The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association — CCPIA — is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and federally tax-exempt membership trade association. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training and business development resources to help commercial property inspectors succeed. Our members, comprised of commercial property inspectors across North America, adhere to the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP), ensuring consistent and high-quality inspections. Additionally, we maintain an inspector directory featuring qualifying CCPIA-Certified Commercial Property Inspectors for use by consumers and commercial real estate professionals.
