Boulder, Colo. (October 2, 2026) – The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA®) was proud to participate in InterNACHI®‘s Women’s Chapter Live Networking Event at InterNACHI® Headquarters and the House of Horrors® in Boulder, Colorado.
The event brought together women from across the property inspection industry for a day of education, professional development, and connection. Attendees participated in presentations, explored vendor exhibits, experienced tool demonstrations, and toured the House of Horrors®.
CCPIA® Executive Director Maggie Aey presented “Grow Your Business with Commercial Property Inspections,” sharing insights into how inspectors can expand their companies and create new business opportunities by adding commercial property inspections to their scope of services.
CCPIA® also hosted an exhibitor booth with other CCPIA representatives, giving attendees the opportunity to learn about the association and its commercial inspection education and resources.
Beyond the presentation, Aey met individually with female inspection company owners and inspectors to provide one-on-one marketing reviews and business coaching. These sessions were tailored to the individual to identify areas for growth, improvement, and develop strategies to strengthen their businesses.
As more women establish themselves as inspectors, business owners, and industry leaders, building a strong professional network is an important part of long-term success. Connecting with others who understand the challenges and opportunities of the industry creates valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from one another.
CCPIA®is proud to support women in the inspection profession by providing education, business development resources, and opportunities to help them grow. A stronger industry starts with stronger connections, and events like this help create a community where women can encourage one another and succeed together.
