Boulder, Colo. (Jan. 23, 2026) — The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA®) is pleased to announce its recent partnership with ABCHI, a North American property inspection company franchise, serving as the sole provider of commercial property inspection training at the organization’s annual ABCHI Retreat and Reunion.
With more than 150 attendees, CCPIA® Director of Training and Lead Instructor Rob Claus led two workshops and a mock inspection exercise at the event center, demonstrating how commercial property inspections can be approachable through CCPIA® training and membership. Attendees and ABCHI franchise owners received an immersive experience covering the fundamentals of starting and operating a successful commercial property inspection business, along with hands-on training inspecting commercial building systems and identifying common defects.
“Working with property inspection companies such as ABCHI is one of my favorite aspects of educating in the commercial inspection space,” said Claus. “This group of inspectors is committed to learning, growing, and building successful businesses. It’s rewarding to see how each inspector brings different experience to their commercial work and applies it in practical ways as they expand into this market.”
