  3. “Does it require regular service?” → YES = Proactive, NO = Monitor

Outcome / Reporting Guidance

Reactive: Failure occurred → Document emergency repairs, immediate attention needed
Deferred: Working but deteriorating → Address soon to prevent failure
Proactive: Working well → Schedule routine maintenance to optimize performance
Monitor: Good condition → Continue normal monitoring
