BOULDER, Colo. (June 13, 2023) — The Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association – CCPIA – is pleased to welcome Certified Master Inspector® Raymond Ward as its newest instructor. Raymond is the owner and operator of All Inspections 4U, a prominent Miami-based real estate inspection company. He brings extensive experience in commercial property inspections to his new role.

Leveraging his expertise and in-depth knowledge of commercial buildings and market insights specific to Florida, Raymond will lead the development of a specialized curriculum tailored to commercial property inspectors in the state. One of the initiatives in Raymond’s curriculum development plan is the introduction of commercial inspection classes in Spanish.
