My name is Rodney Ruffin, and my company is Spectrum Property Inspections. My background is in residential and commercial maintenance, specializing in HVAC and refrigeration since 2004. I’m a Certified Master Inspector® with multiple certifications, and I established Spectrum Property Inspections in 2019. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we share our home with two furry companions.
