BOULDER, Colo. (May 2, 2024) — CCPIA® is proud to have been chosen by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation’s Asset Management Division to train their Building Inspection Program inspectors.
Our first class of up to 100 students is scheduled for November 2024 in Denver, Colo. The class will be four days long, including three days of classroom-based instruction and one day of hands-on training inspecting several local buildings.
The class material is based on the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP), as well as the Reclamation Building Condition Asset Guidelines, which is also based on the ComSOP, along with other various government agency materials.
