How do I update my payment?

Step 1: Visit the My Account page

Step 2: Click on the Subscription tab

Step 3: Click the Update link to the right of your subscription information, then fill out the payment form.

How do I renew my membership?

Step 1: Visit the My Account page

Step 2: Click on the Subscription tab

Step 3: Click Re-Subscribe to the right, then you will be taken to the sign up form to renew your subscription.

How do I cancel my membership?

Step 3: Click Cancel next to your subscription information

How do I start or resume a Course?

Option 1:

Click on the Courses link in the main menu and choose the course you would like to start or resume.

Visit the My Account page and click on the Education Dashboard tab. The Education Dashboard allows you to view all of your course progress and easily start or resume a course.

How do I view course history?

Visit your Education Records for a detailed breakdown of the courses you’re currently enrolled in and a history of the exams you’ve taken. You can access the Education Records page at the bottom of the Education Dashboard.

Some of your course history may also be viewed from the Education Dashboard.

How do I download a Course Certificate or ICC-Approved certificate?

Step 1: Visit the My Account page

Step 2: Click on the Education Dashboard tab

Step 3: There’s a certificate icon next to the courses that you are eligible for a certificate. Click the certificate icon to download a standard certificate or click the course name to download an ICC-approved certificate from the Course Overview page.

How do I download CCPIA Logos?

Step 1: Visit the My Account page

Step 2: Click on the Logos tab

Step 3: Select the logo version you would like to download.

How do I disable my listing(s) in the CCPIA Commercial Property Inspector Directory?

Step 1: Visit the My Account page

Step 2: Click on the Directory Listing Info tab

Step 3: Check the box “Don’t Display in Directory”, then click the Save Profile button at the bottom.

How can I add multiple business listings to the directory?

Step 1: Visit the My Account page

Step 2: Click on the Directory Listing Info tab

Step 3: Scroll down and you will see “Directory Listing Locations” section. From here you can click on new location and popup will appear to add the listing information. You can add up to three locations.


How do I progress through a course?

Courses are composed of a series of Sections and Sub-Topics (“Topics”), which the student must complete in chronological order. The student cannot proceed to any subsequent Section or Topic without studying the current material then clicking the “Mark Complete” button on the bottom or top of each page.

NOTE: The student must click the “Mark Complete” button before the “Next Page” button appears and to progress through the course. If the student does not click the “Mark Complete” button, the course will not permit the student to proceed to the next section.
