Do I need to complete all of the online courses to become a CCPIA-Certified Commercial Property Inspector?
No, many of the courses are optional. To become a CCPIA-Certified Commercial Property Inspector, you must successfully complete the Commercial Inspection Standards of Practice Course, Commercial Inspection Code of Ethics, and Online Commercial Property Exam. Are courses approved for state and other organization continuing education?

Can I share my account with someone?
No, each inspector must have their own account. Education progress is recorded and certificates are issued to the name on the account. Account names cannot be changed, and accounts cannot be transferred after registration.
