DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In this in-person class\, you’ll experience a full day of hands-on training inspecting a commercial building. You’ll start by preparing a mock price and proposal for the subject property. Then\, you’ll move on to performing the entire inspection and end with a review of the final inspection report. By fully immersing yourself in the process\, you’ll gain practical\, hands-on experience for landing commercial jobs and providing top-notch services to commercial clients. \nWhat to Expect\nInstructor Dillon Winiecki\, CMI®\, will guide students through all of the major systems and components of the subject property. This will allow students to become familiar with a variety of commercial systems and to ask questions about the systems as they inspect them.
