Commercial property inspectors first determine the overall condition of a property\, and this class will teach you how to go a step further by providing insight into the financial picture of the property as an asset. \nDay 1: Cost-to-Cure Table Basics\nInstructor Lance Coffman will cover the essential information needed to create cost-to-cure tables\, including the definition of service\, parts of the table\, and important elements to consider when creating your own table. He’ll also go over the various resources for gathering construction cost estimates and how to implement them.
