My name is Rick Kast and I am a Master Carpenter with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. I worked and earned an AAS degree in Civil Technology, this gives me insight into the science behind the construction of buildings and the unique items that affect them.
My knowledge of buildings and the regulations concerning them allows me to provide my clients with an overall view of a building and its components.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION SERVICES
I provide full-scale inspections for all areas of the building. My inspections include building conditions, site conditions, and environmental concerns that may affect the performance of the building.
I am certified and licensed to perform mold testing, radon testing, and water quality testing. My inspection reports are delivered with digital photos of the building and its components as well as full narrative descriptions of the building. I include in my inspections information on the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (with ages) and any discrepancies that may affect the building or its occupants.
