I grew up around the inspection business; my step father provided inspections as part of his architectural business. After 7 years in the inspection business myself, I earned my Master Inspector designation in early 2022. I passed the National Inspector Exam in 2020 and have numerous high level specialty certifications, including graduating from the Denver University Daniels College of Business’s Construction and Business Management Institute in 2003.

If I had to chose a specialty it would be in the Hospitality and Restaurant business. My family has been providing facility maintenance services to that industry for 28 years. However, I have broader experience in multiple building types.
