When you contact our company and request information about our commercial inspection services, we begin by gathering important details about the property. This information helps us begin to understand the entire scope of the inspection, whether specialty third-party contractors will be needed, and if one of our ancillary services such as a Mold Inspection is needed.

Once we understand the client’s needs, we prepare and send a written proposal for review. On the day(s) of the inspection, we begin building our inspection report which includes detailed photos and descriptions of the property as well as any defects or safety concerns found.
