HPI Enterprise is located in the Triad of North Carolina. Our clients that we work with have properties in the Piedmont, Triad, Triangle, and Coastal Plain Regions.

Our goal is to educate our Commercial Clients whether it is for Forecasting Budgets, Upgrades, Purchasing, or Selling.

HPI Enterprise uses software that allows the Client to be able to easily decipher, read and understand. We will list items that require “Further Evaluation” at the beginning of the report as this will be on high priority under the summary page(s) for review.

The Report will include written and visual documentation throughout. We will also include in a separate document(s) Recommendations, SOPs, Equipment Manuals, etc.
