Anthony S. Clate is the Property Inspector and Reserve Audit Specialist at CRM Services in Murrells Inlet, SC. CRM Services provides residential and commercial property inspections throughout South Carolina. Anthony holds InterNACHI^® CPI, CCPIA^®, and South Carolina RBI licenses and certifications.

Anthony provides thorough, accurate inspections that help property owners make informed financial decisions. His detailed inspection reports outline major, minor, and safety issues to support long-term planning and asset protection. After the report is completed, CRM Services can perform any necessary repairs as a fully licensed general contractor offering property maintenance, construction, and renovation services.

With more than 25 years of experience in facilities maintenance and construction, Anthony previously served as the Manager for Madison Real Estate Group, the Maintenance and Construction Superintendent for the Florida Department of Corrections, and the AVP of Facilities for One Nevada Credit Union. His background includes overseeing repairs for two full correctional institutions and four work-release centers.

Anthony also proudly served four years in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Pennsylvania National Guard 109th Field Artillery. He holds a degree from Johnson College and is an active member of several professional organizations.
