Sam Davis is a Master Certified Inspector (CMI)® and the founder of Sam’s Home and Commercial Inspectors, serving real estate buyers, tenants, owner-operators, and CRE investors throughout Missouri.
With years of experience in property inspections, Sam is certified by InterNACHI®, CCPIA®, and as an ADA Compliance Inspector, for accessibility of pubic properties. He performs detailed inspections for a wide range of properties, including multi-family dwellings, apartment complexes, condos, single-family homes, office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial real estate.
